Contact our support team with your order number and details of the optical components you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Package
Securely pack the filters in their original protective cases and anti-static packaging to prevent scratches or damage during transit.
Affix Label
Print your authorized return shipping label and attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our technicians will inspect the optical surfaces for integrity, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
